Art and Yoga!
7/16/21 at 6pm!
Come for a one-of-a-kind experience!!! You'll not only get to make an adorable yoga sign, but you will also be guided on an approx 35 min yoga routine lesson by Yoga Instructor Michelle, and enjoy a fruit smoothie after! No experience necessary!....just bring your yoga mat!

--balance flexibility on both sides of the body
--relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back and hips.
-- Improve circulation and stimulate digestion.
--Release grief and anger and balance emotions
--Stimulate lymphatic system.
The sign will be approx 10.5 x 10.5 or 13x8 depending on which one you choose. It'll be made of wood with 3D cutouts that you will paint it any way you'd like (the pics are only for examples) and glue the designs on!
After we make our sign, we will have the yoga class and then make some fruit smoothies!
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE REGISTERING:
* Registration is required so we can prepare your materials beforehand, and space is very limited, so make sure to register when you know you want to come!
*Workshop will last approx 1.5 hours.
*Please bring a yoga mat
